The Flairies appeared in
Barbie, A Fashion Fairytale as stylish fairies without wings. They always wore sparkly dresses and their hair was streaked with more sparkles. The three flairies in the movie were Shyne, Shimmer and Glimmer, with Shyne being the leader of the trio. Shyne has light pink skin, pink hair in a ponytail, and a short pink dress with silver strappy heels. She has a good sense of humor and is not afraid to stand up for herself. She also adds shine and sparkle to outfits with her sparkle-magic powers. Shimmer, the second most important flairy in the story, has light purple skin and purple hair, which she wears up in a sort of a bun and wears a short purple dress with silver strappy heels. Like Shyne, she adds shimmer and sparkle to outfits with her sparkle-magic powers. She is light-hearted and optimistic. Glimmer is the third, and probrably the youngest, of the flairy trio. She had normal-colored skin with a hint of pink to it, and wears a longer, less puffy, darker pink dress and strappy silver heels. She has reddish-pink hair, which she wears up in two ringlets. She is weaker with her sparkle-magic and it only shows up in teensy-tiny, even miniscule bits and bursts, until later, when she gets more powerful and transforms a dress so it's extremly beautiful, and even trabsforms limosines into carriages with horses.
Meet
my Flairy, Layers. She loves to critize my fashion designs and hangs around my fashion books, using the computer while I do my homework, and finding out as much as she can about Shyne, Shimmer, Glimmer, and fashion, for she is still training and likes my drawings. You'll see her later, I promise.
